PS Cell Roller Bottles (2L/5L)

The cell culture roller bottle is a disposable container that can meet the large-scale production requirements of cells and tissues in both experimental and industrial production. It is widely used for the cultivation of animal and plant cells, bacteria, viruses, etc.

Application: Mainly used for diploid cell culture to produce measles virus, mumps virus and Japanese encephalitis virus, and for CHO cell culture to produce erythropoietin (EPO). In the field of animal vaccines, it is mainly used to cultivate primary cells CEF to produce Marek's virus (Jiangxi Merial) and fowlpox virus, and also used for the rapid mass amplification process of seed cells in the early stage of swine fever, blue ear disease, circovirus and pseudorabies virus production. It can be widely used in vaccine production, antibody production, recombinant protein production, cell line establishment, toxicity testing, etc.

· Medical grade transparent polystyrene (PS) material that complies with USP VI is used.

· TC surface treatment process enhances cell adhesion ability, and the inner surface can also be coated with collagen according to customer requirements.

· The 5L cell spinner adopts a 2-stage design to ensure product strength while increasing the contact area.

· The contact area between the spinner and the spinner adopts a frosted structure, which increases the friction coefficient of the spinner while ensuring the flatness of the inner surface, and reduces the slippage of the spinner.

· The bottle is straight cylindrical with a large surface area, providing ample space for cell attachment and proliferation, ensuring optimal cell growth and oxygen exchange. The raised bottom of the bottle prevents cell clumping and promotes even distribution of cells and medium.
